Exchanging process
To make your first crypto exchange, you need to complete the following steps:
If you don't have a Bintense profile yet, now is the time to register. It's free and takes only a few minutes. Simply fill out the form and confirm your registration.
Verification differs depending on the amount of the transaction. You can find our terms and verification requirements below.
We do not store any cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies. To buy cryptocurrency, you need to have a wallet where it will be stored. We recommend (but do not require) using wallets from the official Bitcoin or Ethereum websites. Alternatively, you may use a multi-functional e-wallet that supports various cryptocurrencies. If you already have an e-wallet, link it to your Bintense profile.
It could be Bitcoin, Ethereum, or even both!
Please complete the required categorization and assessment checks. Once done, a 24-hour cooling-off period will apply before proceeding with your first exchange.
Please be patient as you await the approval of your transaction. The approval process may take some time.

KYC documents shall be submitted to the Compliance email address from the customer’s email or uploaded to his/her profile. Only clear, color images or scans of original documents are accepted.
